General Policies

Deposits are non-refundable and the remaining balance is due at time of service. This is non-transferable to any other person or Stylist at the salon.  This Stylist has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment online or call this Stylist directly before 72-hours of your appointment time to avoid losing your deposit. Appointments rescheduled before the 72-hour window, will have deposits transferred to their new appointment time.  Multiple reschedules regardless of notice may result in not being rebooked.  

Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 72-hour notice will result in a possible charge equal and/or up to 100% of the reserved service amount as the cancelation fee.

All appointments must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Your credit card information is stored with full encryption.

Understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in losing your deposit and incurring a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us the day before is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. A link to automatically upload the appointment to your calendar is provided on every electronic confirmation.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment, and no discount or charges will apply.

Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by the Stylist. You may request not to be charged for the late cancelled session fee when you have spoken to your individual Stylist before the appointment time. Your Stylist will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis.  BUT DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON.  

LET YOUR STYLIST KNOW IF YOU EXPERIENCE...A COUGH, FEVER, MUSCLE PAIN, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, DIFFICULTY BREATHING, CHILLS, SORE THROAT AND/OR NAUSEA WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
